Forgotten PINs
Vaultic cannot recover a forgotten PIN or bypass Face ID and device security. Vault content is encrypted locally.
Restore a backup
Use the restore option in Vaultic and select your password-protected .vaultic file. Vaultic cannot recover a forgotten backup password.
Restore Premium
Open Vaultic settings and select Restore Purchases. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple Account.
Break-in photos
Camera permission is optional. If permission is denied, Vaultic records a failed attempt without a photo. Captured photos remain encrypted on the device.
Never send anyone your PIN, backup password, private photos, or exported vault file — including us. No Vaultic email will ever ask for them.
